Shocker?: BBC: "Pirate sites are affecting dance music..."

I know I'm preaching to the converted within my circle, but at Uni I was gobsmacked to hear that most fellow students, when asked by our tutor, saw nothing wrong with illegal downloads of music and genuinely believed music should be free, with no concept of what goes into making music and how musicians and producers recoup their costs, let alone make a profit, or that it is illegal.
